As a Project Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction planning through final walkthrough. You'll manage schedules, budgets, client expectations, and ensure each home meets our highest standards of quality and service. This is an in-person role based in Central Florida.
Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules using Construction Online (COL)
- Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure milestone progress
- Communicate project status with clients daily
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, trade partners, and team members
- Complete daily project updates/logs in QuickBooks Time tracker, MS Office, and Construction Online
- Maintain and document project updates in MS Teams, COL, and shared directories
- Track budgets, code invoices, and report time/expenses weekly
- Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Lead weekly team dashboard meetings and daily field team syncs
- Manage punch-out, ProHome orientation, and FGBC documentation
- Support and implement green building initiatives
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of residential construction experience (custom/luxury preferred)
- 5 or more years of project management or supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, QuickBooks, Construction Online, Procore, Buildertrend)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective communicator with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, in-person role (Monday to Friday)
- Competitive salary at $75,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience
