You'll manage schedules, budgets, client expectations, and ensure each home meets our highest standards of quality and service. This is an in-person role based in Central Florida. Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop project schedules using Construction Online (COL)</li><li>Lead the company through AI development for operational improvements</li><li>Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure milestone progress</li><li>Communicate project status with clients daily</li><li>Coordinate with clients, vendors, trade partners, and team members</li><li>Complete daily project updates/logs in QuickBooks Time tracker, MS Office, and Construction Online</li><li>Maintain and document project updates in MS Teams, COL, and shared directories</li><li>Track budgets, code invoices, and report time/expenses weekly</li><li>Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards</li><li>Lead weekly team dashboard meetings and daily field team syncs</li><li>Manage punch-out, ProHome orientation, and FGBC documentation</li><li>Support and implement green building initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>8 to 10 years of residential construction experience (custom/luxury preferred)</li><li>5 or more years of project management or supervisory experience</li><li>Experience with AI preferred</li><li>Strong computer skills (MS Office, QuickBooks, Construction Online, Procore, Buildertrend)</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills</li><li>Effective communicator with a commitment to client satisfaction</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full-time, in-person role (Monday to Friday)</li><li>Competitive salary at $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Flexible hours to support work-life balance</li><li>Health insurance allowance, supplemental life insurance, and disability insurance</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing</li><li>Paid holidays and PTO</li><li>Opportunity for advancement and succession planning</li></ul>Why Join Us?We build more than homes, we build careers.
